There is
a minimum $50.00 charge, covers travel, Signatures, Oath, Witness, and
Notary Seal.
(Travel
charge up to 10 miles; minimum $50.00 for all services listed above, and
an additional charge of $1.50 per mile roundtrip over 10 miles)
Although I
am available 24 hours, there is an additional after hours charge. Please
refer to after hour’s charges below.
Bank/Financial
Loan Document Sets:
Set of mailed in Loan Documents: $50.00-$125.00 up to
10 miles.
E-mailed Loan Documents (e-Docs): Add $25.00-$35.00.
Copies/Fax: Add $0.95 per page
Cancellation (2hrs or less): $45.00
(Travel
over 10 miles roundtrip: Add 1.50 per mile)
If Borrower is a “no show” or refuses to sign, full fee is expected.
Additional travel charges for all Services:

Document Return Fee (Fed-Ex):
Within
US, add a minimum of $35.00-$65.00
International,
add $45.000-75.00
Waiting
Fee: Add $35.00, (Charged each ½ hour that docs or client are not ready or available)
